1.3 Ownership and Restrictions

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Services provided through our Server remain the property of Ostara Minecraft Server. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. 2. Lifetime Physical Ranks and Feature Limitations

2.1 Lifetime Physical Ranks

Certain purchases on our Server may provide you with lifetime physical ranks. These ranks grant you access to specific privileges and benefits as long as the Server remains operational. However, please note that the availability of certain features may be subject to limitations or temporary disabling for reasons such as world releases or maintenance. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any such limitations or disabling to affected users.

2.2 Feature Limitations

While physical ranks are held for the lifetime of the Server, other features or content may have limitations or require separate purchases for specific worlds or servers. These limitations may be imposed to maintain balance, enhance gameplay experience, or for other reasons deemed necessary by Ostara Minecraft Server. Such limitations will be clearly communicated to you prior to your purchase or when accessing the affected features.

3. Termination and Refunds

3.1 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion and without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any unauthorized or abusive conduct.

3.2 Refunds

Please contact a server Admin if you require a Server Refund. Refunds are available with fair reason within 5 business days of purchase.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, in the Services and content provided on our Server are owned by or licensed to Ostara Minecraft Server. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the Services or content without our express written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ostara Minecraft Server and its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.2 Refreshment with Map Releases
With each new map release or world reset on our Server, the in-game goods purchased, including claim blocks, may be subject to a refreshment or reset. This means that the in-game goods you have acquired may not carry over to the new map or world, and you may need to repurchase or earn them again in the new environment. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you about any upcoming map releases or resets and their potential impact on in-game goods.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ostara Minecraft Server regarding the purchase and use of Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
